All cash possible but prefer leveraged deals
Anchors:
Prefer credit tenants
Shop Space:
Limited 15% of GLA with strong tenant mix
Land:
Extra expansion land and all outlots desired
Joint Ventures:

Our company invests primarily in grocery anchored neighborhood and community shopping centers, centers having value-added potential and sites for ground up development.

Typically, the shopping centers range up to 300,000 square feet with a minimum of 20,000 square feet of GLA. Our focus is on properties located in high growth areas, urban in-fill locations or planned communities.

Our preference is to own shopping centers anchored by the No. 1 or 2 leading grocer in a particular trade area.

We are actively seeking to acquire retail properties that are well located and offer value added opportunities.
