Our company invests
primarily in grocery anchored neighborhood and community
shopping centers, centers having value-added potential
and sites for ground up development.
Typically, the shopping centers range
up to 300,000 square feet with a minimum of 20,000
square feet of GLA. Our focus is on properties located
in high growth areas, urban in-fill locations or planned
communities.
Our preference is to own shopping centers anchored
by the No. 1 or 2 leading grocer in a particular trade
area. |
